Take your cardio to the next level and melt fat like butter

I was able to get a preview of the new Turbo Fire HIIT 15 workout from Beachbody.  The HIIT 15 is only a 20 minute workout and let me tell you… I was pouring with sweat by the end! This was only 20 minutes!  Turbo Fire HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) was intense and I LOVED every minute of it.  I can’t wait for this program to be released on June 18.

Insanity – Official Day 1, Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Day 1 of Insanity (or day 2 if you count Fit Test as Day 1) – holy crapola!!! I did it!!!! Well… towards the end, I was getting tired, but I did it!!!!  I was a little hesitant to try this crazy cardio workout only because my cardio sucked to begin with.  If I do intense cardio, I tend to wheeze.  But after doing Turbo Jam/TurboKick since January, my cardio has gotten a lot better.  Hey – I freakin’ made it thru Insanity Day 1.  Though my breathing did tend to get a little hard at the end, I slowed it down to catch my breathe and I was fine.  I almost just layed on the floor, but I it felt like I would pass out, so I got up and kept moving.  (DUH – I know you’re not supposed to stop in the middle of a workout – I was just so spent! ha ha)

Shaun T. said the fat is supposed to burn off you like  candle wax… let’s see if this is true!!!  But if tonight’s workout is any indication… I can’t wait to see what my results will be in 60 days!!!
